This girl CAN

This girl has faced disadvantage we can only imagine

She fights her fear and demons every day

She forces herself to do things she never thought she could.

She’s held lambs and snakes, she’s dredged rivers and laid paths.

She’s climbed mountains and hidden in full combats.

She’s canoed and painted out graffiti.

She’s met, talked to and shaken hands with over 80 business people while on our programme.

When we first met her she used to shake with fear and wouldn’t leave the bus.

She was educated one to one as she was too anxious to mix with other young people. She attended school between 2.15 and 4pm to avoid others.

TODAY SHE FOUND OUT SHE GOT 7 A-C PASSES AT GCSE.

SHE HAS AN EXCEPTIONAL SKILLS BASED CV.

SHE’S BEGINNING TO BELIEVE SHE DESERVES A FUTURE.
